1 pint NadaMoo Vanilla…ahh!, slightly softened
Graham crackers
1/3 – 1/2 cup Marshmallow crème (such as Suzanne’s Ricemellow Creme)
1/3 – 1/2 cup non-dairy mini chocolate chips
Mix mini chocolate chips with NadaMoo and gently fold in marshmallow crème (no need to fully combine it).
Break each graham cracker sheet in half and scoop some of the NadaMoo mixture on top on one half. Place the other half over it to create a sandwich. Eat immediately or freeze to firm up a bit.
